That was when I shed almost 17kgs in just two months by strictly controlling my diet. I somehow managed to maintain my weight for a long time. I joined a gym, went regularly for my yoga classes and was active in general. I got married when I was 19 and conceived a year later, after which my weight went up to 89kgs. Now, I am addicted to food and my eating habits have ruined my body. It is very difficult for me to stop binge eating. Being overweight frustrates me a lot and I keep regretting myself for what has happened. I really want to get in shape, as my husband is no more attracted towards me. Please tell me what to do.
