Angelina Jolie has sensationally revealed that she still carries a torch for her ex-husband Billy Bob Thornton, whom she married in a quickie Vegas wedding in 2000.
“I still love him dearly and think the world of him,” Ange revealed. “I’m proud to have been his wife for a time.” And the comments have left Brad “totally crushed,” according to friends. “The last thing you want to hear on the eve of becoming a father of twins is your woman saying she still loves her ex-hubby,” said a source. “Angie’s words rocked Brad to the core.”
Naomi Campbell’s Brazilian Boy
Supermodel Naomi Campbell has escaped jail after pleading guilty to assaulting two police officers at London's Heathrow Airport in April. The catwalk beauty was sentenced to 200 hours of community service and fined $4,500 at a hearing at Uxbridge Magistrates' Court, in West London, last week. To take it easy Naomi took to the Med with her latest love, wealthy Brazilian businessman Marcus Elias, 49.
They frolicked in the waves during their luxury yacht cruise off the Italian Paradise Island of Capri. "They looked so happy together," said an onlooker. The couple, who met at a party in Sao Paolo in February, is said by friends to have been “inseparable” since meeting again in Cannes last month. Marcus is the president of Brazil’s one of the biggest investment companies.
There have even been rumours of an engagement after Naomi, whose past loves include Formula One boss Flavio Briatore, was spotted wearing an enormous diamond ring.
For the tantrum-prone 38-year-old model it was just the kind of calming break she needed. Naomi was quoted as saying that she thought having a family might help cool her temper. “I know that with a baby I would change, I’d calm down,” she said. “With a child, you have to give your full self.”
Taken Too Much On
Having insisted on eschewing employing any nannies (in public, at least), Marc admits, “We don’t have a nanny. It’s just me and Jennifer figuring it out.” But Jen, who gave birth in February, has refused to take time out from her busy career. “She has three movies lined up and she’s eager to go back to work,” revealed Marc. Adding, when quizzed about whether Jen was working hard to lose the baby bulge, “Yeah, she is.”
“Marc’s forced Jan to take some time off and have a massage to unwind, but she even struggled to relax during that,” insisted a pal. He wants her to stop worrying about the kind of mother she’s being and just enjoy it.”
“Jennifer wants to be the perfect mother, but she crumbles if any normal little thing goes wrong,” informed an insider. “If the twins cry, she thinks it’s because she’s a bad mom, and bursts into tears.”
