Chocolate Lasagna

Chocolate Lasagna
Ingredients

· 36 Oreo cookies
· 6tbsp butter, melted
· 8oz. package cream cheese, softened
· ¼ cup granulated sugar
· 2tbsp cold milk
· 12oz. whipped cream, divided
· 4oz. instant chocolate pudding
· 3¼ cups cold milk
· 1½ cups mini chocolate chips

Method
Crushing the cookies in a food processor until they turn into fine crumbs then transfer to a large bowl. Stir in melted butter and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Press the crumbs into the base of the pan before placing it in the refrigerator. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add in sugar and two tablespoons of milk, and mix well. Stir in one and one-fourth cups of whipped cream. Spread this mixture over the crust. In a bowl, combine chocolate pudding with cold milk. Whisk for several minutes until the pudding starts to thicken. Use a spatula to spread the mixture over the previous cream cheese layer. Allow the dessert to rest for about five minutes so that the pudding can become firm. Spread the remaining whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top. Place in the freezer for an hour before serving.
