SHOBHAA DE
Satya Paul was followed by the bold and colour crazy collection of Indian fashion icon Shobhaa De, who has, for the last few years, been designing saris mostly besides formal wear.
Both the designers had unleashed various options for evening wear, party wear and shaadi wear. The blouses, with inbuilt support, lots of bling, and in an array of strappy and halter styles, livened up the seductive sari. Where SP’s was a more sophisticated line, Shobhaa De’s collection could aptly be called Bollywood Calling, drawing inspiration from all that signifies Bollywood.
