After gracing our screens in Jalan, model-turned-actress Areeba Habib is all set to star in a new drama. Areeba will be starring alongside Aagha Ali for her new venture which is written by Huma Hina Nafeez and directed by Aehsun Talish. She broke the news on her Instagram with a picture along her co-star and director and it was captioned as “Meet the team Jhooli.” Areeba, in a chat with a publication said revealed about her upcoming drama and said, “It is a telefilm titled Jhooli which is based on a social-issue and it is a true story. It is written by Huma Hina Nafeez and is on the subject of jahez.” The drama will be aired on Geo Entertainment but a release date has not yet been revealed.

Faysal Quraishi’s drama Muqaddar has recently concluded and we’re certain, your screens will definitely be missing him. But that would only be a matter of time as Faysal Quraishi has already started shooting for his new project. The actor’s new drama stars Hiba Bukhari and Kiran Haq in the lead along with him. In an interview with a publication, Faysal said that, “I have started shooting for a new project and my role is completely opposite to Sardar Saif. I have also lost weight for it.”He also revealed that the drama is a love story but it might not make people happy. The drama has an ensemble cast including Wahaj Ali, Kamran Jilani, Saba Hameed, Farhan Ali Agha, Ismat Zaidi amongst others and is yet to be titled.
