Sweet Coffee-Rubbed Ribeyes

Ingredients:
· 4tsp ground coffee
· 1tbsp sugar
· ½ tsp salt
· ½ tsp pepper
· ½ tsp garlic powder
· ½ tsp smoked paprika
· ½ tsp ground chipotle pepper
· 2tbsp olive oil
· 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
· 2 beef ribeye steaks
· 2tbsp butter

Method:
In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. In a shallow dish, combine oil and Worcestershire sauce. Coat steaks in oil mixture. Rub coffee mixture over both sides of steaks. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, turning once. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°C; medium, 140°C; medium-well, 145°C), four to six minutes on each side. Top each steak with one tablespoon butter. Let steaks stand for five minutes before serving.
