With the new decade on the horizon, our minds are on the holiday season – which is more appropriately known as the wedding season. With everything now being getting back to normalise, the majority chunk of the bride-to-be’s will get married, and our minds are on the looks, styles, colours, and details we're excited to see in their celebrations. Here are the top trends to keep in mind as you plan your 2020 wedding. Tap only into the ideas that genuinely speak to your personal style, rather than embracing them simply because they're of-the-moment. With that being said, even if you choose to opt for them all, you won't be disappointed. From orange to emerald green and deep pink to gold, these colours with heavy embellished flared floor length shararas or frocks are mostly opted for the chic mehendi look of the bride. Baraat happens to be one core event of Eastern weddings. When a bride walks down the aisle sparking in red on her wedding day, she captures the gaze of everyone.

Though, the basic theme colour is traditionally set to be red, improvising according to one’s taste is always an option. With a very subtle makeup look, the bride usually opts for nude and tea pinks and peaches for the third day of wedding festivities. Bridal wear outfits are decorated with zircon, crystals, dabka and cut work etc for the bride to shine on her wedding.
