ASK A DERMATOLOGIST

Doctor, I am noticing grey hair at a young age of 20. What causes premature greying of hair? Is there anything I can do to prevent premature greying?

There are many causes of premature greying of hair. Few of them are include connective tissue diseases, nutritional deficiencies, underlying diseases, thyroid issues, ultraviolet light. You can see your dermatologist in case you have any of the above. Please use capsule Hair Aid once a day, you can also start tablet No Grey once a day and Pharmaceris H Stimuton for preventing grey hair

I’ve been using aloe Vera gel on my face and hair. Can I use aloe Vera on face daily? And how many times is it okay to use it for my hair? Also, does it actually work?

Aloe Vera contains vitamins A, C, and E. All three of these vitamins contribute to cell turnover, promoting healthy cell growth and shiny hair. Vitamin B-12, folic acid and amino acids are also contained in aloe vera gel. It also contains natural moisturising properties. Both of these components can keep your hair from falling out. You can use it twice a week for healthy and shiny hair. Due to its moisturising properties and nourishing vitamins, aloe Vera has gained popularity as a treatment for dry hair and skin. Research has shown that it may help with dandruff relief, and that the plant compounds may also help promote healthier hair. It strengthens and conditions natural hair. It promotes hair growth, smoothens natural curls, locks in the moisture thus reduces frizziness, making your hair soft shinny and manageable. This plant can fight acne, prevent dark spots, and even slow down the signs of aging. You can use it once a day for your face. Prior patch testing is also recommended to rule out allergic reactions.

I have dry skin, it flakes, itches and sometimes cracks in dry weather, and with winter coming ahead I really need some effective ways to tackle my dry skin.
Please, help!

The best thing is to moisturise you skin frequently. Have a lot of water and also you can start tablet Ceramo which is an oral moisturiser. Please use a moisturising body soap having glycerin.

Although my sleep schedule is fine, I get a good eight hours of sleep every day yet I’m getting dark circles and my eyes also get puffy at times. What could possibly be the reason? Also, please recommend something for the treatment.

Please try to relax and start some multivitamins for that purpose. Tablet Maxideen is a great combination to start with. Take tablet Maxideen once a day with breakfast or lunch. You can also use I-Lite Roll On for eyes twice a day and massage the area well. •
