Coconut Ice Cream

· 1 cup sugar
· 1 cup corn syrup
· 1 cup peanut butter
· 6 cups Reese’s cereals
· 1 cup chocolate chips
· 2 cups peanut butter chips
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Grease it. Set aside. Add the sugar and corn syrup to a saucepan. Heat over medium flame, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has reached a boiling point. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter until well combined. Fold in the cereals until coated. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Make the chocolate topping: In a bowl, combine one cup of chocolate chips and a cup of peanut butter chips. Microwave it for 30 seconds. Pour over the cereal mixture and spread evenly. Top with the remaining peanut butter chips. Set aside to cool completely before cutting into bars.
