Roasted Broccoli

· 2 tablespoons olive oil

· 450 g broccoli florets

· ½ teaspoon salt

· ½ teaspoon crushed chili flakes

· Juice of half lemon


Preheat the oven to 200°C. Drizzle a sheet pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Place it in the oven while the oven preheats. In a bowl, toss the broccoli with the remaining oil, salt, crushed red chili flakes, and pepper to taste. Take the sheet pan out of the oven and add the broccoli. Roast for 15 minutes, then flip the broccoli and cook for another five minutes until a little crispy. Remove the pan from the oven. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the broccoli, and enjoy!
