Prawn Chow Mein

Ingredients

· 3 nests egg noodles

· 140 g broccoli

· 140 g baby corn

· 1 tablespoon olive oil

· 1 red pepper

· 300 g prawns

For the sauce

· 3 tablespoons ketchup

· 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Method

Cook the noodles, broccoli and corn in boiling water for five minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pepper for three minutes, until starting to soften. Tip in the noodles and vegetables along with the prawns and toss together. Add the sauce ingredients and heat everything through for two minutes, until piping hot.
