Walnut Halwa

Ingredients

· 4 eggs

· 3-4 cups ghee

· 2 cups walnuts

· 1 can sweetened milk

· 2 cups powdered milk

· 5-6 green cardamoms

Method

Grease a dish with ghee. Put ghee in saucepan and add green cardamoms in it. It should not be too hot or ghee will burn. Add powdered milk. When the milk turns brown and crumbly, add eggs. Mix well and add a whole tin of condensed milk. When it becomes totally dry and starts sticking to the cooking spoon, then add walnuts and mix. Take it out and set it in the greased dish. When cooled, cut into cubes and garnish with chopped dry fruits before serving.
