Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

· 250 g dried apricot
· 250 g khoya
· 3-4 green cardamoms
· 2-3 cloves
· ½ cup cream
· 50 g almonds
· 4-5 tablespoons sugar
· ½ cup clarified butter
Take 250 g of dried apricots; boil into water and separate the pulp and seeds when it softens. Take a cooking pan, add the clarified butter, cloves, green cardamoms, when its popping add the apricot pulp and sugar in it, mix it well and when its roasted add the khoya and cook for at least 10 minutes on a medium heat. Take it out in a serving dish and garnish with cream and almonds before serving.
