Aloo Paratha

· Potatoes

· Wheat flour

· Coriander leaves

· 4-5 green chillies

· 1 onion

· Red chilli powder

· Salt to taste

· Anaar dana


Boil the potatoes and mash them. Allow them to cool a little bit and then, add red chilli powder, salt, ground anaar dana, chopped onion, finely chopped fresh coriander leaves and green chillies. Make small balls out of the kneaded flour. Roll one ball and fill in the stuffing. Then roll the other and cover the previous one with it. Seal the edges, and roll again. Then cook them on a flat griddle, from both the sides, after which moisten the pan with oil and fry on both the sides. Your aaloo paratha is ready. – Zeenat Iqbal Hussain
