Mooli Paratha

· 2 radishes

· ½ cup cilantro

· 3-4 green chillies

· ½ teaspoon red chilli powder

· Salt to taste

· Prepared wheat flour

· Spreadable butter


Chop the daikon radishes finely. Squeeze out the excess water. In a bowl, mix the chopped daikon, cilantro, green chilli peppers along with salt and red chilli powder. Take two ball sized pieces of dough. Use a rolling pin to roll them out into small circles. Spread butter on each of the rolled out pieces. Place the radish mixture on top of one of the rolled out pieces. Cover it with the other piece and press the edges to seal the mixture inside. Meanwhile, heat a flat griddle over medium heat and add a bit of butter. Place the paratha on the griddle, as it begins to cook, add a bit more butter to the top. Flip over and cook again. Serve with plain yogurt.
