Grilled Greek Yogurt-Marinated Chicken

· 250 g unsalted butter
· 300 g caster sugar
· 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
· 3 eggs
· 200 g self-rising flour
· 50 g cocoa
· 100 g milk chocolate
For the topping
· 85 g butter
· 85 g caster sugar
· 200 g condensed milk
· 50 g milk chocolate
Butter and line a traybake. Heat the oven to 180°C. Gently melt the butter in a saucepan, cool for five minutes, add sugar, vanilla and eggs, then beat until smooth with a wooden spoon. Stir in the flour, cocoa and ¼ teaspoon salt. Stir in the milk chocolate drops and bake for 35 minutes until risen all over and a skewer comes out clean. For the top, heat butter and caster sugar together until both are melted. Stir in the condensed milk and bring to a boil. Cool for five minutes, and then stir in milk chocolate drops to melt. Spread over the cold cake, scatter with more chocolate drops and cut into squares.
