Pakistani singer and songwriter Abdullah Qureshi and wife Sadia Subhan are now parents to a baby girl. In an Instagram post, the Dastaan and Laapata singer made the announcement along with an adorable picture of him holding his wife and daughter’s little hands. Fans and fellow celebrities were thrilled by the news, with congratulations and well wishes flooding in the comment section. Renowned drummer Aahad Nayani and model Rehmat Ajmal also expressed their delight on the happy news. The news came just three days after Qureshi announced on social media that he had tested positive for Covid-19. On the work front, Qureshi also released the song Daro Na, earlier in 2020, in collaboration with his celebrity and influencer friends. The song was intended to be a supportive anthem for the nation as we fought through the initial confusing and scary days of the pandemic. He took the opportunity to pay his respects to our frontline health workers as well.
