Kubra hit screens with a bang when she first appeared in the movie Na Maloom Afraad in 2014. In 2015, Kubra also made her debut in Bollywood through Welcome 2 Karachi and later appeared in various drama serials like Sang-e-Mar Mar – her breakthrough on television – Muqabil, Alif Allah Aur Insaan and Alif to name a few. She also appeared in movies like Parwaaz Hai Junoon and Jawani Phir Nahi Ani 2. Her most recent small screen venture is 2021’s most anticipated drama serial Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay. What brings you the greatest joy?

My family and hard work being paid off.

The meaning of love for you is?

Unconditional affection and loyalty till the end of time. For whoever/whatever you love; family, partner or even a thought.

If you were to interview a celebrity, who would it be?

Meryl Streep.

What are you always ready to eat?

Chicken karahi and chocolate desserts.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

My habit of trusting people too quickly.

The thing you love most about Pakistan?

The food and the adab it originally taught me.

What is your dream vacation like?

Full of adventure. Exploring different cultures back to their roots, sleeping without alarm and eating.

What do you splurge on the most?

Food and home decor.

Your beauty philosophy is...

Smile. No amount of make-up can paint that on.

The biggest perk of being you?

I am unapologetically me and I refuse to change that.
