There are many stars in our industry that are synonymous with the bright lights of theatre. Actress and model Mashal Khan has become a household name since her breakthrough role in Suno Chanda, however, prior to this she had a long and successful career in theatre. The Thora Sa Haq star landed her prime time roles due in part to her proven acting prowess in the theatre. Khan’s impressive acting skills prove that the importance of theatrical experience is undeniable on the road to becoming an honest and versatile actor. Moisturiser.

The most challenging thing about being an actor so far?

Trying to be satisfied with your own performance. It’s true what they say, ‘you are your worst critic’.

What other fields do you think you may dabble into in future?

If I began to list things, I don’t think I could ever stop. [laughs]

Do you have a dream role?

I would like [to portray] Baloo from The Jungle Book!

Antagonist or protagonist?

Either, as long as the character is challenging, realistic and well-rounded.

Where do you see yourself 10 years from now?

Wherever He thinks is best for me to be!
