Stylish In Ethnic Wear

We all love luxury items and clothes put together well. But, certainly we do not have a ton of money to splurge on everything we want. As events are lined up and festive season is here, we need a lot of ethnic pieces to go with the occasions where you don’t need to dress heavily.

While designer outfits are way costly for our budget, there are many ways you can dress smartly to look like a million bucks. It all comes down to picking up the right pieces and coordinate them well.

A good quality fabric is the base of the whole look. So, you need to set it right. When it comes to ethnic wears, silk has its own place. Splurge on classy fabrics like silk, linen, cotton, chiffon etc. For example, go for a good quality lace fabric rather than net.

If you want to look expensive, avoid wearing earthy tones. Instead, go for pastels and vibrant jewel tones. If it’s a day wear, stick with pastels and muted shades. Incorporate glitter in evening wear, but don’t overdo it. Small elegant prints can flatter any body type. Try to stay away from huge floral and paisley motifs.

People tend to go gaga with jewellery when comes to ethnic wear, and ends up looking tacky. Take it easy, until and unless you are a bride. Make sure to stick to only one statement piece. When it comes to makeup, nudes are always classy. Give yourself a fresh dewy makeup and you’re done!
