Ingredients
· 1½ cup shaved ice

· 1½ cup sweet chickpeas

· ½ cup sweet red mung beans

· ¼ cup coconut gel in syrup

· ¼ cup sugar palm fruit in light syrup

· 1 tablespoon sweet purple yam paste

· 2 scoops ube ice cream

· 2 cubes coconut pudding or flan

· ½ cup evaporated milk

· Coconut flakes, for serving

Method
Take two serving bowls or tall, large glasses, and cover their bottoms with the shaved ice. Top the ice with chickpeas, sweet mung red beans, coconut gel in syrup, sugar palm fruit in light syrup and sweet purple yam paste. Top with the ube ice cream and coconut pudding or flan as per your preference, and then pour milk over. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, if using.
