Special Chicken Karahi

Ingredients
· 1 kg chicken cut in small pieces

· ½ cup oil

· 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

· 5-6 tomatoes chopped

· 2 teaspoons chilli powder

· 1 teaspoon salt

· 5-6 green chilies slit from centre

· 1 tablespoon roasted cumin seeds

· 1 teaspoon kasoori methi

· 2 tablespoons yogurt

· Chopped coriander

Method
Heat oil in a wok and saute garlic and ginger paste in it. Add chicken and cook it for five minutes on high flame. Then add tomatoes, chili powder and salt. Mix it and leave it covered to cook. After five minutes add yogurt, green chillies, roasted and crushed cumin seeds, kasoori methi and all-spices powder and chopped green coriander. Mix it and cook on low flame till the chicken is tender and all water dries up. Serve hot with naan.
