Tandoori Karahi

Ingredients
· 4 chicken tikka pieces

· 1 teaspoon carom

· 1 teaspoon all-spice powder

· 1 teaspoon salt

· 1 tablespoon red chilli powder

· 1 tablespoon roasted cumin

· ½ teaspoon tatri

· 1 cup yogurt

· 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

· ½ kg tomatoes

· 2 teaspoons cumin seeds and crushed coriander each

· ½ bunch coriander leaves

· ½ cup oil

Method
Mix carom, all spice powder, red chilli powder and cumin and roast it. Now add red colour, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, tatri and salt and mix it. Then marinate chicken with it and leave for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, put tomato rings and fry them a bit. Now put marinated chicken and cover for 10 minutes. When water dries up, put roasted cumin, crushed coriander, green chillies and coriander leaves and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
