Ingredients
· 1½ kg chicken

· 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

· 6 green chillies

· ½ teaspoon black pepper

· 2 lemons

· 1 pinch yellow colour

· 2 tablespoons white vinegar

· 1 cup oil

· Salt to taste

· Sliced ginger for garnish

Method
First wash chicken nicely. Put it in the wok with vinegar, yellow colour and salt and cook on low flame. Then heat oil in other frying pan. When water of chicken dries, put hot oil with black pepper, green chilies and ginger garlic paste and cook for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice, garnish with ginger slices and serve with hot naan and raita.
