Shrimps and Rice

· 1 cup rice

· 6 tablespoons butter

· 4 cloves garlic

· ½ kg shrimps

· ½ cup parmesan

· 3 tablespoons milk

· 2 tablespoons parsley

· Salt and ground pepper

· Parmesan cheese for garnish


Prepare rice according to the directions on the box and keep them aside. In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for three minutes, or until lightly browned, stirring very frequently. Do not burn the garlic. Stir in the shrimps and cook for two minutes, or until they turn pink, while stirring. Add prepared rice to the skillet and mix until well combined. Add cheese, milk, parsley, salt and pepper; mix and stir for two minutes, or until creamy and heated through. Remove from the heat. Then, garnish with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
