Chocolate Keto Protein Shake

Ingredients

· ½ cup almond milk

· ½ cup ice

· 2 tablespoons almond butter

· 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

· 2 tablespoons sugar substitute

· 1 tablespoon chia seeds

· 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

· ½ tablespoon pure vanilla extract

· Pinch of salt

Method

Combine together all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with more chia and hemp seeds. Serve chilled and enjoy!
