Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

· ½ cup mayonnaise

· ½ cup buttermilk

· 1 clove garlic

· 1 tablespoon onion

· ¼ teaspoon sea salt

· ½ teaspoon dry mustard

· 2 tablespoons chives

· 1 tablespoon parsley

· 1 tablespoon dill

· ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

Combine mayonnaise and buttermilk in a bowl. Peel the garlic and chop the onion finely. Add sea salt and crush into a paste. Add onion, garlic paste and mustard into the mayonnaise mixture. Chop the chives, parsley, and dill. Stir them into the dressing and season it with black pepper. If necessary, add more salt. Chill the ranch dressing in the refrigerator and serve.
