Tahini

Ingredients

· 200 g raw tahini

· 2 garlic cloves

· ¼ cup lemon juice

· ½ cup cold water

Method

Place the raw tahini, garlic, lemon juice and water in a bowl of a food processor. Pulse until you have reached a smooth consistency. Adjust the amount of water, garlic and lemon juice to reach the texture and flavour you prefer.
