Crust less Spinach Cheese Pie

Ingredients

· 1 cup frozen spinach

· 5 eggs

· ½ teaspoon garlic powder

· 2½ cups cheese

· 1 teaspoon onion

· Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Grease a nine-inch pie pan. Combine all the ingredients; thawed spinach, beaten eggs, grated cheddar, minced onion and salt and freshly crushed black pepper according to your preference and pour them into the prepared pan. Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 30 minutes, or until the edges turn brown in colour. Remove from the baking pan to a serving dish and serve piping hot.
