Chapli Kebab

Ingredients

· 300 g mutton mince

· 1 egg

· 1 tablespoon whole coriander

· 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes

· 1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

· 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

· 1 teaspoon all-spice powder

· Salt to taste

· 1 tablespoon butter

· 1 onion

· 1 tomato

· 3-4 green chillies

· 1 bunch coriander

· 1 tablespoon chopped ginger garlic

· 1 tablespoon gram flour

Method

Finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies and coriander. Now crush the coriander and add in a bowl with mutton, then add all the chopped vegetables and all the spices. Mix well and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Take out from fridge, add egg in it and make round kebabs out of the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and fry them on medium heat. Serve with paratha and mint chutney.
