Bruschetta

Ingredients

· 1 loaf French bread

· 2 tomatoes

· 2 red onions

· ½ teaspoon garlic

· 2 teaspoons basil

· 2 teaspoons parmesan

· Salt and pepper to taste

· 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Finely chop tomatoes and onions and place them into a bowl. Add garlic, basil and parmesan cheese and stir thoroughly. Then, add the salt and black pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil. Stir again for the mixture to coat well. Slice the French bread and brush each slice with olive oil. Grill the slices until they turn into toasty brown. Spoon mixture onto the bread and serve.
