CHATTERBOX

20 yrs ago, as a schoolgirl, I watched the events unfold on TV. Was too young to understand the ramifications they would have on my own life. As the world remembers 9/11, let’s also give a thought to the heavy price Pakistan has paid in the War on Terror. A war which was not ours.

Mehwish Hayat reminisces about the events that unfolded against the entire Muslim community after the horrific September 11 attacks on the Twin Towers in the USA. Our country has undoubtedly paid a huge price for that.

Every day after my afternoon coffee I go on to social media and like people's posts that genuinely put a smile on my face! I've been doing that for a few weeks now and I love taking a few minutes out of my day to appreciate others. It feels beautiful! Spread positivity.

Sabeeqa Imam is all up for spreading positivity and so should everyone else. Being humble and to exude positive vibes should be our priority considering the amount of all sorts of negativity that is prevailing in our society.

Honoured to be part of this amazing initiative for children and to be a good will ambassador for the National Commission for children. It’s time for change! @NCRC_Pakistan @UNICEF_Pakistan
