There was a time when we had to wait for months to watch our favourite movies once they are out of theatres. But with digitisation, entertainment industry saw a major transformation. Now, most of the new movies get available digitally on OTT platforms within a few weeks. One such movie is Usman Mukhtar's short film Bench starring Rubya Chaudhry. Winning international hearts at the Independent Short Film Awards in California and South Shore Film Festival in New York, the story unpacked the struggles of a young couple within their relationship. Recently, Mukhtar took to Instagram to share another milestone, “I am very excited to finally share the digital release of this film. This film is very special to me as it is the first one to be recognised internationally. Me and the whole cast and crew are excited for you to see it,” he wrote announcing the release date i.e. 25th November 2021.
