60 SECONDS WITH GHANA ALI

Ghana Ali is not the regular leading lady you see on your television screens who cries her eyes out to win your heart. She is intense and her acting is crisp. You have seen her playing the villain in dramas like Saya-e-Dewar Bhi Nahi and Besharam. She is so brilliant at what she does that you start hating her characters to the core – which is a great achievement for the actor. The bad girl of TV joins MAG for a quick and fun rapid fire. Here are 60 seconds from her life. Excerpts:

The biggest perk of being me is…

That I’m completely fine with anything. I’m not so demanding and stay cool in almost every situation. I am also very compromising.

Best part of the day for me is…

Mostly when the shoot begins. The first scene after the makeup is when everything is perfect.

If stuck on an island, I would…

I would just switch off my phone and enjoy because I just love nature.

Life for me is…

Beautiful.

Best memory to-date for me is…

When I travelled with my sister. That was the first time I shared everything with her because earlier, I used to be really scared of her. But when I travelled with her, we actually became friends.

My beauty philosophy is…

That I try to stay as happy as I can. I sleep properly, take care of skin and beauty. Even if I’m stressed out, I’ll apply masks to relax, use aloe Vera or any other natural remedy.

A project you consider to be your absolute favourite?

Besharam.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?

What I am doing here is just like an internship project for me to get to Hollywood.

Who do you look up to in the industry?

Naumaan Ijaz is my teacher, mentor and favourite actor. I have actually learned a lot from him.

What’s your pet peeve?

I can’t stand people who are not neat and tidy. I can get really annoying when it comes to that.
