Mahira Khan opens up about the hiatus on the release of her upcoming movies

The wait isn’t over…

For Mahira Khan Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay was just the beginning of what's yet to come. She still has many big screen projects that still don't have a release date. The star recently opened up about her films Neelofar and The Legend of Maula Jatt not making it to the big screen yet and the public pressure that comes with her characters, films or even shows. Khan told BBC Asian Network that any film she does is going "into the Bermuda Triangle" and that she has no confirmation about their release dates. While her shift and focus has been the silver screen, her drama starring Kubra Khan and Usman Mukhtar was a way of branching out to try different things in order to keep going during Covid. "Hum Kahan Ke Sachay Thay was like, I'm going to go and just work because I was like what's happening? Films weren't happening. I'm actually craving, I want to see all of us on the big screen again," she said. However, what we all know is, that Mahira’s upcoming film Quaid-e-Azam Zindabad is all set for an Eid-ul-Azha release and we’ll finally be able to see the actress on the big screen soon.
