When you think about it, aren’t all models really actors? They’re essentially playing a part every time they’re in front of the camera. However, some of the most famous models around have made the leap into actual acting, appearing on TV and on the silver screen as a variety of characters. They may make small cameos or carry the weight of an entire film on their shoulders, and some have found that acting suits their style more than posing.

After accumulating nearly two decades of experience in the modelling world, model and actress Sunita Marshall finally made her acting debut in 2007 with her drama serial Suhana. Acting has always been her passion, so she decided to pursue her dream while working as a model.

Marshall began her modelling career back in 2004, and since then she has walked on fashion runways for major designers, worked with some of the greatest photographers in the fashion industry and landed modelling jobs for luxury brands. She is quite a sensation every time she walks the ramp. Her poise and personality on the runway bagged her quite some awards and recognition including Lux Style Award for Best Model – Female and Hum Award for Best Model – Female.

Even though the modelling world gets to see new faces every few months, Marshall has still managed to prove her mettle amidst competition. Apart from her extensive modelling career, Marshall has dramas like Mera Saaein, Aulaad, Khuda Aur Muhabbat 3 and many more to her name.
