Saba Qamar is advocating for the rights of children being born with Down syndrome in Pakistan. The actress endorsed the Karachi Down Syndrome Program which is an organisation formed by some concerned parents and passionate individuals advocating the value, acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.
