Ace director Mehreen Jabbar took to social media and has announced that her highly anticipated web series titled Ek Jhoothi Love Story will premiere from 30th October, 2020. The series stars Bilal Abbas Khan and Madiha Imam in leading roles, the web series is written by renowned writer Umera Ahmed. The actors also took to Instagram and shared the good news along with the poster of their series. Jabbar in a statement said, “Written by Umera Ahmed, we hope the series takes viewers on a delightful journey making them reflect and introspect along the way. It’s a story that explores the bittersweet relationship that exists between family members which will be highly relatable to our viewers.” According to a press statement, “Ek Jhoothi Love Story is a sweeping tale of Salma (Madiha Imam) and Sohail (Bilal Abbas) in the quest for love and an ideal partner. It’s a light-hearted family drama with compelling, quirky characters and a fascinating exploration of different kinds of relationships and the path they carve along the way.”
