Each year, new and talented young actors rise to the top of the competitive world of Pakistani TV and film industry. Some of these fresh faces will land coveted roles, turn studio projects into box-office hits, and even go on to garner award nominations and wins for their performances. Wahaj Ali and Yumna Zaidi are two such young actors who have already solidified their stardom in the industry. While Yumna gave breakthrough performances in projects like Ishq Zahe Naseeb and Pyar Ke Sadqay, Wahaj has proved his mettle in acting and is continuing to prove it with projects like Ehd-e-Wafa, Bikhray Moti and Ghisi Piti Mohabbat. Now, the two talented actors are pairing up for a new venture, Dil Na Umeed To Nahi. Made in collaboration with Kashf Foundation, Dil Na Umeed To Nahi is a narrative-based story, focused on addressing social causes and highlighting the issue of human trafficking. The drama has been penned down by Amna Mufti and the direction is done under Kashid Nasir of Ranjha Ranjha Kardi fame. The ensemble cast also features Nauman Ejaz, Samiya Mumtaz, Yasra Rizvi, Navid Shehzad, Omair Rana, and others.
