Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

· 1 cup dragon fruit

· 2 bananas

· ½ cup cauliflower florets

· 2 tablespoons vanilla powder

· 1½ cup milk

Method

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend for about two minutes until you get a smooth and creamy texture. Taste the smoothie, adding more milk if it is too thick or adding more sweeteners if it’s not sweet enough for you. Pour into a mason jar. Enjoy immediately.
