A new feather on the hat

The cabin crew of the all-new local Pakistani airline, AirSial, inaugurated by the Prime Minister Imran Khan in Sialkot, will be wearing the new airline’s uniforms designed by famous Pakistani designer Nomi Ansari. Ansari, who is known for his fashion house, took to Instagram to share the news with the public. He wrote, “We are delighted to announce our affiliation with AirSial! As the airline is set to spread its wings, we have designed a range of sleek yet stylish uniforms for its crew members”. Nomi said that he had been working with the airline for a year now and that he had designed the uniforms earlier this year, in April. He then added, “I made different variations and they shortlisted the design that they preferred. I wanted to give the uniforms a tailored look and select a colour that was neutral and went with all skin tones”. AirSial also made the announcement about their affiliation with the designer on a Twitter post they shared. The post said, “It is with immense pleasure AirSial announces, that Pakistan’s topmost performing designer in the fashion industry known for his exceptional and astounding dresses, having bagged countless awards has designed uniforms for us and it is none other than Nomi Ansari, the styling icon of Pakistan.”
