Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

· 2 cups flour
· 1 cup sugar
· 3-4 tablespoons ghee
· 100 g almonds
· 100 g pistachios
· 100 g gond
· 4-5 cardamoms
Fry the flour in ghee in a pan. If you want it to be in a slight liquid form, then use more ghee. And fry on a low flame until it emits an aroma which will tell that you it’s done. Then, crush the almonds and pistachios. Don’t make it into powder. Let the mixture cool down a bit before you add the sugar, and then add the almonds, pistachios, gond and ground cardamoms. Serve and relish it in winter.
