Quick Korean burgers

Ingredients

· 200 g steak mince

· Tesco kimchi paste

· 1 carrot

· 4 cm section daikon

· ½ red onion

· 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

· Oil for frying

· A few lettuce leaves

· 2 brioche burger buns

Method

Put the mince in a bowl, add two teaspoons of the kimchi paste and season. Mix well then form into two burgers, pressing them out flat as they will shrink back when you cook them. Put the vegetables in a separate bowl. Mix the mayo with one teaspoon of the kimchi paste and toss with the veggies. Fry the burgers in a little oil for two minutes on each side until cooked through. Put some lettuce on each bun base, top with a burger, then the slaw and their lids.
