Maham Aamir - From raw to ravishing

Maham Aamir has been in the industry for almost a decade now. The star has done several drama serials that have proved her mettle as an actress. Even though she began with dramas that were not so fulfilling, she made her way to the top by relentlessly working hard.

There’s something about Aamir. She may not have made it as a leading lady in Pakistani drama industry but no one can deny that she’s a powerhouse of talent. She’s the sort to steal the spotlight even in a two-minute role. She’ll engross you with her histrionics on the screen.

Maham has quietly moved into the top echelons of the industry. She has worked hard to create her own opportunities in the entertainment world. As a result, she has her kitty full with interesting projects. Aamir started her career as a host on Salam Sindh on Sindh TV. She made her acting debut with a supporting role in the 2014 television serial Doosri Biwi, and followed it with brief roles in several television serials. She portrayed the lead role of Sauleha, a ghost, in the 2018 Geo TV horror serial Saaya. Later Maham appeared in Geo Entertainment’s popular soap serials like Rishton Ki Dor, Babul Ka Angna, Roshni and Ek Hi Bhool. She also portrayed the role of a Punjabi girl in Teri Meri Jodi. She received critical acclaim for her role of Noshi in comedy sitcom Ready Steady Go.

These days, she is seen in the drama serial Shehnai alongside Ramsha Khan and Affan Waheed. But apart from enthralling the fans with her acting and dancing skills on the screen, the actress also knows how to serve sartorially.

She is an emblem of style, fashion, and beauty. From perennial to edgy, this beauty has spanned the style spectrum when it comes to traditional wear. Her sartorial expertise to nail ethnic wear is just next level! Here, the fashionista is giving us some major Eid outfit inspo.

She’s proving that trends are cyclical, and one such trend that is always making a comeback just in time of festivities is the sheer mesh kurtis trend. With a charming mix of contemporary designs and vintage glamour elements, mesh fabric has grown considerably in popularity. Designers use this fabric in one way or another in their dresses.

May it be a whole mesh dress or just a dupatta or even just the sleeves, this fabric is incorporated with different fabrics to intensify the beauty of the outfit. Good for summer days, mesh is lightweight and alluring, making it the perfect piece to add to your wardrobe.

Embellished and embroidered mesh kurtis are all the rage this season. Pretty pearls, beads, stones and floral motifs on net fabrics are stars of the season. Previously classified as a bridal couture material, this jewelled net fabric is now perfect for any fancy occasion as it is eye-catching and feminine. This material when beautifully complemented with sparkling details, with a touch of appliquéd work and in soft summery pastels like pink, yellow, and peach, makes this beautiful fabric even more attention grabbing. But for an evening event, a stunning mesh number in classic black would not fall short in making a statement.
