Seafood Bisque

Ingredients

· 500 g craw fish meat

· 680 g shrimp meat

· 225 g crab meat

· 500 g butter

· 1 bunch green onions

· ½ cup flour

· 4 cups heavy cream

· 4 cups half and half

· 1 can creamed corn

· ½ tablespoon cajun seasoning

· 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

· ½ tablespoon salt

· 2 teaspoons black pepper

· 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

In a large pot, melt the butter and saute onions. Sprinkle the flour over the butter and onions and mix well until the flour is fully incorporated. Then, add all the remaining ingredients in the pot and simmer for about 40-50 minutes over a low-medium flame, stirring frequently. Serve with a loaf of sour dough bread.
