Khel Khel Mein’s trailer seems to encapsulate a story about youth and patriotism

It's been well over a year since the coronavirus pandemic first closed movie theaters and threw blockbuster release dates into turmoil, but theaters have cautiously reopened in Pakistan and elsewhere. That being said, November will see a lot of exciting movie releases from a variety of genres, as cinemas open their doors to moviegoers. Sajal Aly and Bilal Abbas Khan starrer Khel Khel Mein being the first Pakistani movie to release since the pandemic. The movie is all set to release in the cinemas on November 19. “Thank you to all our fans for being so patient! Filmwala Pictures is excited to announce the first Pakistani film to be released post covid-19 and upon the opening of cinemas nationwide. We are thrilled to be releasing “KHEL KHEL MEIN” this November. The anticipated wait will be well worth it! See you all at your nearest theatre!” read the official statement for the movie release. Recently, the teaser for Khel Khel Mein was dropped and by the looks of it, it seems as though the movie revolves around a group of youngsters belonging to performing arts. While the teaser also shows glimpses of war from the past. Though the teaser gave us some major Rang De Basanti vibes, we hope it’s not a rip off and instead, a refreshing take on history and patriotism.
