Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

· 1 onion

· 2 carrots

· 1 tablespoon olive oil

· 1 tablespoon crushed garlic

· 1 broccoli

· 500 g chicken

· 500 g spiral pasta

· 5 cups water

· 5 teaspoons chicken stock powder

· 125 g cream cheese

· ½ cup cheddar cheese

· ¼ cup parmesan

Method

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add the crushed garlic and onion, and fry until soft and translucent. Add the chicken, carrots, chopped broccoli, water, chicken stock powder and uncooked pasta, and then bring to the boil. Cook under pressure for about 10 minutes. Once the pressure releases, stir through all the cheeses and mix well. Serve piping hot.
