Peppery Prawn Noodles

Ingredients

· 250 g dried egg noodles

· 1 teaspoon black peppercorn

· Vegetable oil

· 4-5 red chillies

· 100 g baby corn

· 2 bok choi

· 200 g raw prawns

· Handful of bean sprouts

Method

Boil the dried egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and keep aside. Fry the lightly crushed black peppercorns in a little oil along with the red chillies, baby corn and bok choi leaves. Stir-fry for about two minutes, add the raw peeled prawns and fry them until they turn pink and cooked through. Add the noodles, a handful of bean sprouts and cook for one more minute. Serve.
