Greek Loaded Fries

· 400 g frozen French fries

· 1 teaspoon dried oregano

· 2 teaspoons olive oil

· ¼ chopped cucumber

· 10 pitted and halved black olives

· 6 cherry tomatoes

· 1 tablespoon parsley

· 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt

· 40 g crumbled feta


Toss the French fries with the dried oregano and olive oil, and then cook following pack instructions. Mix the cucumber with black olives, chopped cherry tomatoes and parsley. Mix the Greek yogurt with half of the crumbled feta in a separate bowl. Tip the fries into a serving dish, top with the salad and yogurt mixture, then scatter over the remaining crumbled feta. Season and serve.
