October 10: Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, the man regarded as the "father of Pakistan's nuclear bomb” died aged 85 after being hospitalised with Covid-19.

October 10: Ruthie Tompson, the Disney animator died at the age of 111.

October 24: James Michael Tyler, the actor, best known for playing Gunther on Friends, died battling prostate cancer since 2018.
